Purpose of the Job
The Yard Driver/Warehouse Technician is responsible for functions throughout the warehousing and shipping finished, barreled, and bulk product for Tennessee Distilling Group. The Yard Driver/Warehouse Technician is responsible for ensuring that product and supplies associated with the production and storage of product is properly maintained and tracked through physical and electronic records on and off campus. .
Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Yard Driver/Warehouse Technician may be required to focus leading functions related to product and supply arrival and departure from the campus. The Yard Driver/Warehouse Techncian is responsible for ensuring that product and supplies associated with the production and storage of product is properly maintained and tracked through physical and electronic records inside the warehouse.
• Maintain logs for invoices
• Operate a forklift to move product and product supplies
• Drive a transport truck to move inventory between warehouses and throughout the campus
• Perform on-going cleaning of the warehouse
• Assist other team members with the dumping of product from barrels
• Move barrels with the use of forklift or roll barrels by hand
• Management of barrel dumping
• Load and unload empty barrels
• Document barrel tag numbers
• Maintain electronic barrel spreadsheet
• Maintain physical barrel log
• Complete physical counts of inventory and supplies
• Complete sales order form
• Input inventory data from Bill of Laden
• Count/adjust inventory based on customer data
• Enter daily bottling counts reduced due to packaging or increased due to receiving
• Provide information for weekly and monthly Sales Report
• Conduct year-end counting of inventory
• Perform on-going cleaning of the warehouse
• Maintain electronic barrel spreadsheet
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Possess a Class A CDL License without a Manual Transmission Restriction
- Clean Driving Record
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Demonstrated organizational skills and time management skills
- Experience in Production Through-Put environment
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated aptitude for computer applications
