Purpose of the Job
The Customer Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coorindating the shipping and receiving of finished cased goods, raw materials, and barrels. The Customer Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that products and supplies associated with the production and storage is properly maintained and tracked through physical and electronic records on and off campus.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Logistics
- Coordinate with customers, brokers, and freight carriers regarding the arrival and departure of trucks transporting product and raw materials
- Communicate with customers, freight carriers, and internal TDG stakeholders on a regular basis
- Navigate TDG ERP software systems to execute and track logistics duties and enter daily counts as needed
- Document barrel tag numbers as needed
- Provide information for customer and internal TDG reports
- Move inventory throughout the warehouse and campus
- Load and unload empty barrels as needed
- Move barrels with the use of forklift or roll barrels by hand as needed
- Operate a forklift to move product and product supplies
Shipping
- Ship/receive raw materials, barrels, and finished case goods
- Read and understand Bill of Lading and check for accuracy
- Complete physical counts of finished case inventory and raw materials inventory
- Follow SOPs to ensure ingoing and outgoing shipments are complete, accurate and free of damage
- Obtain purchase order from office and pull orders accordingly
- Perform on-going cleaning of the warehouse
- Other warehousing duties as assigned.

Requirements
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Forklift Certified
- Experience with Word, Excel, and ERP software systems
- Able to utilize technology
