Job Title: NetSuite Administrator

Purpose of the Job


Manage TN Distilling’s NetSuite setup, implementation, and maintenance in conjunction with the leadership team. Work in conjunction with leadership on data upload and maintenance, as well as ongoing day to day systems maintenance and transaction accuracy. The administrator will also coordinate projects as needed with Oracle NetSuite and third party consultants. The primary schedule will be 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday, or similar.

Position is exclusively on-site in Central Tennessee to gain a better understanding of the business of Tennessee Distilling. Remote work or consultant assignments will not be considered. Possible relocation assistance available.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for NetSuite data maintenance and upkeep
  • Work closely with various teams within Tennessee Distilling to gather ongoing requirements and feedback
  • Maintain ongoing transaction audits with the Finance Team
  • Report Management/Creation
  • Lead and manage NetSuite implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Implement and integrate NetSuite modules as needed
  • Utilize APIs and SuiteBundles to integrate third party applications as needed
  • Utilize previous Accounting/Finance experience to understand clients’ financial processes and requirements, providing valuable insights and solutions tailored to their needs
  • Leverage project management tools to organize and track project tasks, milestones, and resources efficiently
  • Effectively communicate and educate technical information, including errors, related to systems and IT to diverse audiences, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Driving collaboration, resolving challenges, and delivering results in alignment with organizational objectives
  • Responsible for leading critical initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive the successful deployment of our company’s ERP solution
  • Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project plans for the effective implementation of NetSuite, setting and tracking milestones in close collaboration with IT, Finance, and other involved departments
  • Responsible for orchestrating implementation project lifecycles, from planning to execution, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality
  • Ensure clear and timely communication across various departments, providing updates on project status to maintain alignment and efficiency
  • Employ project management methodologies tailored to the unique demands of an ERP system implementation to ensure project success
  • Handle multiple, complex projects simultaneously, prioritizing according to shifting business needs and ensuring resource optimization, as well as proactively managing project interdependencies, resource allocation, risks, and issues; adept at resolving conflicts and planning optimal project trajectories
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of project management processes
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, relevant engineering (computer engineering, software engineering, electronic engineering, or related),
    OR 
  • A combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects (i.e., a 4 year degree in another field but 3-5 years of experience working with NetSuite)
  • Extensive experience (3+ years) working with NetSuite, including customization, administration, and development (SuiteAnalytics, NetSuite configuration, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder)
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite’s module configurations including WMS and SCM Mobile
  • Past experience with NetSuite logistics and inventory management, warehousing is required.
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • NetSuite certifications are preferred but not required.
  • Project management, system implementation and system integration experience;
  • Proven ability to follow through with little direction;
